Hi, I’m Jaida – My passion for fitness comes from a lifelong background in athletics. I spent ten years as a competitive gymnast, which taught me discipline, body awareness, and mental resilience. During and after competing, I coached athletes for four years, helping them build strength, confidence, and proper technique—an experience that shaped the supportive coaching style I use today.
I have also been lifting for five years, which has expanded my understanding of strength training, progressive overload, and long-term fitness programming. Alongside my athletic experience, I am completing my bachelor’s degree in health science and Wellness with a minor in Nutrition, giving me a strong foundation in physiology, behavior change, and evidence-based wellness practices.
I have completed my Certified Personal Trainer certification through NASM, where I am building additional expertise in program design, functional movement, and client-centered training. My goal is to combine my athletic background, coaching experience, and academic knowledge to help individuals build sustainable habits, train with confidence, and reach their full potential.

Jerry Yang
Strength, Conditioning, and Boxing
CPT through ISSA
Read Jerry's Bio
Kyle is a personal trainer who firmly believes fitness shouldn’t just make you strong in the gym — it should make you unstoppable in real life. Whether that means carrying a loaded pack up a mountain without questioning your life choices, keeping up with a toddler who’s gone fully feral, or simply feeling amazing in whatever you wear, Kyle trains people to thrive in the moments that actually matter to them. When he’s not working or coaching, Kyle can be found anywhere cell service taps out. He spends his time “vacationing” in Alaska, where he owns property and leans happily into his obsession with mountain flying and bush planes — because apparently landing a plane on a normal runway wasn’t challenging enough. Kyle’s coaching philosophy blends evidence-based programming with real-world practicality and just enough humor to make leg day survivable. He coaches dedicated outdoors enthusiasts, adventure seekers, busy parents and grandparents, and anyone who simply wants to feel confident, capable, and strong in their own skin.
Most importantly, Kyle genuinely loves strength training — and he’s on a mission to make clients love it too. Not tolerate it. Not to survive it. Actually, wake up excited for it. Because the better you feel in the gym, the better everything outside the gym gets.
