No Classes are scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays. Saturday is a Community Day.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) – Coached by Jaida

Stretch & Mobility – Coached by Jaida
A guided session focused on improving flexibility, joint health, and range of motion through controlled stretching, mobility drills, and recovery techniques. This class helps reduce injury risk and enhances overall movement quality.
Best for: Lifters, runners, and active adults of all ages—especially those who feel tight or sore, or who want to move better and recover faster.
Strength – Coached by Jerry
A structured, trainer-led class centered on building total-body strength using free weights, machines, and functional equipment. Emphasis is placed on proper form, progressive overload, and measurable results.
Best for: Beginners learning the fundamentals, intermediate lifters wanting structure, and anyone focused on building muscle, increasing strength, and improving body composition.
Conditioning – Coached by Jerry
A performance-driven class designed to improve stamina, speed, and overall work capacity. Workouts combine functional movements, agility drills, and cardio intervals to help you move faster, last longer, and perform at your best.
Best for: Athletes, weekend warriors, and members looking to elevate endurance, athletic performance, and overall fitness beyond traditional workouts.
